All these you could taste in iconic restaurant “Carpathia”, where both dishes and interior are really authentic.

Budapest was created due to the three town’s merger: Pests, Buda and Obuda in the end of 19th century. It was Celtic settlement and later in 1-4 cc. settlement of ancient Romans –Aquincum.

Hotel “Gellert” first of all means mineral therapy, huge of swimming pools with artificial waves from thermal springs. There are a lot of medical baths and pools in Budapest. The most popular among them is “Secheni”, which is located in “Varoshliget” City Park. The big area is defined for Botanical Garden and Zoo – approximately 13.5 hectares, where you can see 4000 spices of fauna and 10 000 plants. All the animals and birds are living in conditions as close as possible to the natural ones. Nearby is Amusement Park with roller-coasters, labyrinths and other attractions for kids and adults.

On Hero’s square is situated Museum of fine arts with variety of expositions: Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. Collection of Spain artists could be comparable only with Museum Prado collection.

The most popular Budapest Avenue is Vatsi, the real center of leisure. There are a lot of lux class hotels, casino and restaurants, besides good shopping possibilities.

The oldest bridge over the Danube is “Lands hid” built in 1849. In Budapest heart there is an island of Margit with fashionable hotels, restaurants and comfortable beach, as well as a summer opera house, where hold different theatric festivals and you can rest in magnificent Japanese Garden.

The ruins of the Roman amphitheater and the city became the main sightseen of Budapest. “Martonvashar” park is a host for many festivals, classical music concerts; Beethoven has often visited this place. The oldest building in the city is the parish Church erected in 11 century. Unfortunately during the Turkish invasions the church was transferred to mosque.

Lake Balaton or Magyar Sea is the freshwater lake with the area of 600 km², placed in the west part of

Hungary. Million years ago here was a sea, but due to geological moves landscape was changed greatly. Highly developed touristic infrastructure attracts a lot of people to Balaton Lake. For active leisure lovers Balaton offers: yachting, fishing and many other.
